In his 1st term he survived an assassination attempt. In 1987 Reagan signed the INF treaty with the Soviet Union. He was also the govonor of california from 1967 - 1975.
Vice President: George H. W. Bush
George H. W. Bush was born and raised in New England into a wealthy family. He joined the U.S. Navy and surved in WW II. He was the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.
